Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. However, returns are accepted strictly in accordance with the following terms:

Return Eligibility

Returns may be requested within 15 days from the date of delivery, provided that:

• The product is unused, unopened, and undamaged
  
  

• The product is returned in its original packaging with all labels intact
  
  

• Valid proof of purchase (invoice or order ID) is provided
  
  

Non-Returnable Products

Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons, including but not limited to:

• Health, wellness, or consumable products once opened
  
  

• Products clearly marked as non-returnable on the product page
  
  

• Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling
  
  

Return Process

Customers must initiate a return request by contacting admin@growforever.net. Return requests without prior approval will not be accepted. Approved returns must be shipped back as per instructions provided by the customer support team.
