Customer-Initiated Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be entertained.

Cancellation by Be So Healthy

Be So Healthy reserves the right to cancel orders under circumstances including, but not limited to:

• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorised transactions
  
  

In such cases, a full refund shall be processed within 7 working days.
