Refund Approval

Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been received and successfully passes quality and condition checks conducted by our team.

Refund Timeline

Once approved, refunds are processed within 7 working days and credited to the original mode of payment used at the time of purchase.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued if the returned product is found to be used, damaged, or missing components not attributable to Be So Healthy.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds shall not be issued in the following situations:
